Have you ever seen any Uni organizing a PUTME without advertisement on any national dailies. 2nd have you seen any Higher Institution selling POSTUME FORM with WEBSITE. For example, check FEDUTUOKE BAYELSA STATE and see their advertisement and SCHOOL WEBSITE
